Posta AI ("we", "our") is a content automation platform for Instagram. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Data we collect

When you create an account and use Posta AI, we collect:

• Registration data: name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or sensitive financial data.
• Instagram data: username (@username), user ID, and access token required to publish content on your behalf.
• Preferences: niches of interest, posting schedules, and account settings.
• Post history: a record of the content generated and published by the platform.

2. How we use your data

• Automatically generate and publish content to your Instagram at the configured times.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send account-related communications (confirmations, billing alerts).
• Improve the quality of the generated content and the operation of the platform.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties. We share information only with:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy).
• Meta (Instagram) — content publishing via the Graph API (privacy policy).
• Cloudinary — temporary hosting of the images generated for publishing.
• Anthropic / Pexels — text and image generation for the posts (no personally identifiable data).

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for passwords and access tokens. Access to the data is restricted and monitored.

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, you will be notified as required by the LGPD.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Confirm the existence of processing of your data.
• Access your personal data.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
